John Tool on disainitud tuntud Eesti disaineri Toivo Raidmetsa poolt. Inspiratsiooni sai disainer meremehelt nimega John, kes seilas Läänemerel. Kui Toivo Raidmets asus Halsigi mereteemalise restorani tarbeks toole disainima, siis meenus talle soomlasest sõber John, kellest inspireerituna sündis disain ja kelle auks sai tool nimeks John.

FEATURED AT DESIGN FESTIVAL
Chair JOHN was presented in Berlin International Design Festival and featured in it’s magazine Designmai on 2004. Since then, the chair has been successfully used in private and public spaces.
