Refund policy
Should you reconsider your purchase, you need to notify us in 7 days. In this case you can return the order and will be entitled to a refund.
The refund will cover both the cost of the product and the transportation expenses of the initial order.
Contact us by e-mail service@puredomus.com with a brief explanation on why you wish to return the product and send the item back.
The goods have to be returned unused in their original packaging and in mint condition without undue delay and no later than 14 days following the day you informed us of your decision to return the product. Additionally, please provide your order reference number when returning the goods.
The transportation expenses for returning the product will be covered by the customer.
If you are returning us goods that get damaged in transit due to careless packaging, we reserve the right to deduct the lost value starting from the refunded amount up to the full value of the order.
You have the option to choose between cash refund or exchanging the item for a different one.
Product claim
If you’d like to contact us with regards to a quality issue, please send an e-mail to service@puredomus.com and attach some informative photos.
We will process your claim as quickly as possible and provide a solution. Based on your photographs, we will assess whether the complaint is due to an error in manufacturing, faulty material, or caused by normal wear and tear.
If we assess the claim to be justified, we will in most cases be able to correct the error with a spare part, repair the item or replace it in full. In such circumstances, we will find the best solution in cooperation with our manufacturer.
We will contact you again as soon as we can provide you with the best possible solution.
